About this placeThis block at Crawford Lane is 5 minutes from Lavender MRT station, has various well-known local F&B favourites (Tolido's Espresso Nook, RUSTICA Singapore, SOYLICIOUS HOUSE OF TASTE etc), faces North Bridge Road, is in the immediate vicinity of Jalan Sultan, Victoria Street and Crawford Street.
The occupany has a limit of two pax - preferably a couple, or two female persons. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine (top loading), refrigerator, a dining set with two/ three stools. The bathroom and WC are separate and have been renovated. The living room has a set of rosewood furniture (two armchairs, sofa, table, side tables/ consoles). There is a ceiling fan but it does not work. Rent condition is as-is, occupants have to bring their own queen bed. Single bed and mattress can be provided.
The owners of the flat have locked a room for storage purpose. They do not live in the flat but will access the flat for the airconditioning maintenance because the maintenance will require access to the room used for storage.

单位屋主已将其中一间房间上锁作储物用途。屋主平日不居住于此，但会不定期前来进行冷气维修保养，届时需进入该储物房间。
