Market, neighborhood minimarts and coffee shops, Telok Blangah Hill park and forest reserve within walking distance The common room is fully furnished with air-con, wardrobe, work desk and office chair. Flatmate will have her/his own bathroom and access to the common areas of the home: living room, kitchen (cooking allowed) and dining area Guests: allowed as long as there is agreement with the current tenants Wifi and town council fee (for cleaning of the building etc) included. Utility bill (gas, water, electricity) included. There is no tv, but you are welcome to subscribe to cable for a tv in your room. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. However, there is a dehumidifier with a fast laundry-drying function. Preferably Non-smoker and single person. About the other flatmates: The tenant will be sharing the flat with a couple in their mid-30s and their pet rabbit, Lindy Hop. Denise is a Singaporean and works as a professional dance teacher, while Rob is Australian/Canadian and works as a meteorologist. While they both love Lindy hop dancing, they are quiet and respectful of others’ space. As the owner of the flat, I am and have been living overseas for years and place strong focus on harmonious co-living relations between the tenants.
