Yes, landlords can list their properties for rent on Rently for free.
Tenants receive reminders and notifications before rent is due, as well as when rent is overdue. In future, landlords will also be able to set late fees for overdue rent.
Tenants using Rently Pay are required to link either a valid credit card or their bank account through eGIRO. Rent will then be deducted from the tenants based on the terms on the tenancy agreement.
For eGIRO rental payments, automatic deductions will be possible with all major banks in Singapore. If there is a bank that is not supported, do write in to us at [email protected].
