You enter your rent details, upload your tenancy agreement, and securely save your credit card. Each month, we ensure your rent is paid on time, and you earn rewards in return.
Yes. We need a valid tenancy agreement to verify your rent amount, landlord details, and lease dates. It only takes a minute to upload during setup.
No — as long as you have their payment details (bank account), you can pay your rent through us.
Nope. Rent is paid directly to your landlord’s account, just like a normal transfer. They won’t know you’re using a credit card, and there’s no extra setup needed on their side.
You can cancel anytime before 72 hours from your rent due date by emailing [email protected] or contact support through the app. Once you’re within 72 hours of your payment, it’s locked in and cannot be cancelled.
Three days before your payment due date we will put a hold on your credit card for the rent amount. This hold will be processed on the due date of rent. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is successful.
They’ll see a transfer from Rently, with your name in the memo line. The rent arrives like any regular bank transfer—no need for them to do anything.
After each rent payment:
Miles are usually credited within 7 days of your rent payment. If it's been longer, please check your email address or reach out to HeyMax support.
If your miles weren’t credited or were sent to the wrong email, please contact HeyMax support directly at [email protected]. They handle account and crediting issues directly.
We facilitate the payment, but your card issuer decides how rewards apply. Most cards treat Rently Pay charges as standard purchases, but we can’t guarantee this. If in doubt, check with your card provider.

No. Rently Pay is a rental facilitation service. You’re paying Rently directly for ensuring your rent is paid on time. We are not a payment intermediary, escrow agent, or fiduciary for your landlord.
