You enter your rent details, upload your tenancy agreement, and securely save your selected payment method. Each month, we help you pay your rent on time by charging your selected payment method and facilitating the landlord transfer—plus, you earn rewards along the way.
Yes. We need a valid tenancy agreement to verify your rent amount, landlord details, and lease dates. It only takes a minute to upload during setup.
Nope. As long as you have their payment details, you can set up rent payments through Rently Pay — no landlord action needed.
Nope. Rent is paid directly to your landlord’s account, just like a normal transfer. They won’t know you’re using a credit card or eGIRO, and there’s no extra setup needed on their side.
You can cancel anytime before 72 hours from your rent due date by emailing support@rently.sg or contact support through the app. We're no longer able to cancel it once you're within 72 hours of your rent due date.
We may place a hold on your card 2–3 days before your rent is due. The charge itself is processed on your rent due date.
They’ll see a transfer from Rently, with your name in the memo line. The rent arrives like any regular bank transfer—no need for them to do anything.
Credit card rewards: Most cards still award points, miles, or cash-back — but this is up to your card issuer.
Max Miles: Earn additional Max Miles every month you pay with Rently Pay. These can be redeemed for flights, upgrades, and more.
After each rent payment:
New Hey Max users will receive an invite to create an account and claim their miles.
Existing Hey Max users will get miles credited automatically to their account.

We facilitate the payment, but your card issuer decides how rewards apply. Most cards treat Rently Pay charges as standard purchases, but we can’t guarantee this. If in doubt, check with your card provider.
Yes — all payments are processed through bank-level security and encrypted to keep your details safe.
No. Rently Pay is a rental facilitation service. You’re paying Rently directly for ensuring your rent is paid on time. We are not a payment intermediary, escrow agent, or fiduciary for your landlord.
Not yet — Rently Pay supports one card per rental. If you're splitting rent, one person will need to handle the full payment and divide it privately with housemates.
Yes. We accept properties with a minimum monthly rent of SGD 1,500.
